Background
Originally from Michigan, Latice began her nursing career in trauma ICU, where she developed a passion for delivering critical care with compassion. After relocating to Washington in 2022, she discovered Magenta Care and saw an opportunity to bring her clinical expertise and leadership to the growing field of home infusion therapy. As CEO, Latice is dedicated to building a company that prioritizes patient safety, clinical excellence, and a supportive environment for nurses.
